Leading Alone?

A capable leader will never do all the work alone. Rather he or she will have two specific skill sets that are active in their role as leader. The first is the ability to delegate, and to know what to delegate and when. The second skill is the ability to involve everyone, encourage everyone, and build a loyal team of followers to whom work can be delegated.
