Leader Qualifications

When we are in the position of selecting leaders (for anything), we should look for faithfulness and reverence. Other qualifications may seem more impressive, but faithfulness and reverence are character traits that stand the test of time. They endure and transcend all of the other character traits - or flaws in an potential leader.
